S'mae, my name's Ryan and I am the CLIC National Editor, which means I support all the CLIC website editors and editorial groups.

I deliver training to editors, youth workers and young people on how to use the CLIC websites and moderate them, social networking and online safety, and creative writing and poetry.

I also (along with sub-editors Dan and Sam) edit all the content on this, the CLIC national site, and I edit the CLICzine which goes out across Wales a few times a year. I love my job!

I was previously the editor of the Cardiff CLIC website, theSprout, and before that I was the editor of Buzz magazine in Cardiff.

I have two other jobs: as a care worker with young people with disabilities, and as a freelance magazine writer.

I am also a dad and a landlord (of some houses and a flat, not a pub), so apart from going to the gym I have very little free time!
